Angel Reese made her Unrivaled Basketball League debut on Friday night and didn’t disappoint.
The Chicago Sky forward suited up for Rose Basketball Club in the three-on-three league, although her team suffered a narrow 79-73 loss to Vinyl Basketball Club.
Three-time WNBA All-Star Dearica Hamby won the contest with a transition layup off a slick feed from four-time All-Star Arike Ogunbowale.
Reese posted a double-double despite the defeat, scoring 10 points and pulling down 12 rebounds to go along with four assists. She shot 3-7 from the field but connected on both of her free-throw attempts.
Fans were impressed with her performance, especially after her rookie season in the WNBA came to an early end due to a wrist injury.

If Angel Reese can successfully unlock the mid range she will be a threat when the WNBA season comes back around #Unrivaled
Rose Basketball Club shot 44.7 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from three, but the team was unable to contain Vinyl Basketball Club’s Rhyne Howard.
The Atlanta Dream star scored a game-high 33 points on 6-12 shooting from three-point territory. Howard also racked up six rebounds, two blocks and one steal.
Reese will look to build upon her debut and help lead her team to victory during her next Unrivaled appearance on Saturday.
