The Washington Commanders may be division rivals with the Philadelphia Eagles, but quarterback Jayden Daniels has a soft spot for Eagles fans.
He said he loves the passion they bring and compared Philadelphia’s home atmosphere to a college stadium.
“I love Eagles fans,” Daniels said. “They just embody what Philly brings. To be able to go out there and play against them… Their environment is kind of like the closest thing you can get to a college environment.”
Daniels and the Commanders split the season series with Philadelphia a year ago, but they’ll look to go 2-0 against their rivals next year.
