Former player and AFL coach Neale Daniher has died, 13 years after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease. The prime minister, Anthony Albanese, pays tribute in a speech in parliament on Monday, praising Daniher’s ‘selflessness, his bravery … and fierce determination to make a difference for others’.
